How do I determine my correct size for triathlon gear?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. Since triathlon apparel is designed to fit like a second skin, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips accurately. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit during long-distance events.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. For wetsuits, we allow a one-time 'water test' to ensure the fit is perfect. If you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within the 30-day window.
How should I care for my technical apparel and wetsuits?
To extend the life of your gear, rinse with fresh water after every use, especially after swimming in chlorine or salt water. Hand wash with mild soap and hang to dry in the shade. Never use a dryer or iron on technical fabrics or neoprene.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our performance products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

Is there a warranty on your products?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All De Soto Sport products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam fails or a zipper breaks under normal use conditions, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
